We offer healing, spiritual and awakening workshops including meditation, energy work, breathwork, yoga, massage, exercise, counseling, and other healing modalities workshops, sessions and training.

We also have outreach programs to other communities and countries for victims of earthquakes and other natural disasters, including organic farming education.

WORKSHOPS
Our Breath of Life workshop is 4 days, check-in on the night before it begins anytime after 3 PM. Lodging is included until the last day of the workshop, 6 PM. Organic meals are included each workshop day.

For the full retreat, meals are also included each workshop day. You plan your own activities and meals starting the day after the workshop ends and we are available to assist you.
The Workshop and Full Retreat are both for Adults or Family. Workshops are provided for children as well.
